as a techie myself, I am curious what technology/pipeline you will be using to accomplish this on iPad? Since these comps can’t run on the iPhone or iPad as they stand now.

The photography and video component is great – no denying that. It’s certainly an interesting idea but things moving in my peripheral while I’m trying to read content is really distracting. Perhaps the video should stop moving completely when the text content is shown.

I’m not sure what the solution is but remember: this is a magazine I’m trying to read. If you distract me from doing that it’s going to tick me off.

Dare I say it but.. is the “skip intro” button about to make a come-back?

How is this different to a flash website? Or a dvd with menus?

Is it simply because it will be an ‘app’ on an ipad?

I think that it will hold interest, I think the iPad is in it for the long run and will become a backbone of advertising and movies.

the ipad has been featured in a few music videos that i have noticed..not sure wether its been used in any films that ive seen..but no doubt it will be a major “prop” within some big name films this year.

iPad is very good. but i can not see the video..i like it features.
